Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand that plans may change, and scheduling conflicts can arise. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and make the best use of our resources, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

1. Cancellation Notice:

Your booking is considered confirmed once you schedule a service with us.

We require at least notice of 4 hours for rescheduling of service scheduled.
2. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees:

Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours notice or clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
3. Communication Channels:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made by either approaching our front desk personnel, sending us a message or giving us a call.
4. Assigned Therapist:

Guests are not encouraged to choose therapists to ensure fairness among therapists and to streamline booking process.
5. Noise and Attire:

Noise: To maintain a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels to a minimum. Please silence your mobile devices and speak softly.

Slippers: For hygiene and comfort, we request that all guests wear the provided slippers during their stay at LOTUSPA. This helps us maintain cleanliness and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
